von Mrs. Lorraine Keith, USA
- [S21229] The Stirling Standard, 27 JAN 1887, p. 8 col. 1.
Last Monday evening about six o'clock, Henry C. Mueller died at the residence of his parents in the western part of this city. He was twenty-five years of age, and for some time had been in such poor health that he could not attend to business. He was born in Lee county, near Prairieville, but when young, returned with his parents to Germany, where he received a good education. On his return here, he was a student at Rush Medical College for some time, and account of his health, he returned to Omaha, where he gradually grew worse and worse, with an affection of the lungs. Last September he came home, and since that time he has been gradually growing weaker, until last Monday night, tired nature gave out, and he yielded up that life which God alone can give. It is scarcely a year since his older brother died, thus making two vacant chairs that the mother's heart will never see filled. The remains will be taken to Prairieville for burial.
